Lights do not show under devices at ring.com

I cannot find any of my 6 devices connected to my smart bridge on ring.com
Also need to figure out why access to these using the api quit yesterday for a shared user.

Hi @PapaLanc. Are these devices visible in the Ring app? Once you’ve selected the Ring Bridge, you should be able to see the connected devices nested under the Ring Bridge. If this is not what you are seeing, please share a screenshot of what you are seeing so this can be shared with our team. :slightly_smiling_face:

yes, they are in the app, but not on ring.com>devices

Hi @PapaLanc, happy to chime in for Tom here. Would you mind sharing a screenshot of what options you have under Devices on the Ring website? Feel free to block out any personal information, but a screenshot will help us get a better idea of what you’re seeing. :slight_smile:

@PapaLanc Thanks so much for sharing those screenshots. I checked in with my team on this and it looks like Smart Lighting devices aren’t available on ring.com at this time. Once I have an update or any information on when Smart Lighting devices will be viewable on the web interface, I will let you know. We appreciate your feedback on this matter. :slight_smile:
