My ring solar floodlights and pathway lights recently just stopped working on the schedules I have set. The lights will turn on when it gets dark but then they stay on until I manually shut them off. Has anyone had this issue or know of a fix for it?
Hi @Noname2222! I recommend first checking your event history in the Ring app. There, you can see if you had any light events around the time that matches your schedule. Try also unlink and relinking any other devices you might have linked. After confirming schedule and other group settings, see if the schedule is followed as intended.
If not, try removing and reinstalling the Ring app on your mobile device, and reconfiguring the schedule. I hope this helps!
