Light indicators for the deaf

You have smart lights which can turn on with motion. Not a huge extension to introduce lights which can be installed in the house. Would be ideal if these could be standard wifi enabled LED’s which could turn on red with the door bell and white or orange with motion alerts. This would be very helpful for the deaf who live by themselves.
