Level Smart Lock Shows Offline in Ring app

I found an old discussion about this issue but there were not solution. I started to have this problem about a month but then my wife noticed too so I have to research…
Level apps works fine, I re-paired the ring account with level account and ring is still showing “offline”, it looks to me a problem from ring to reach properly the level site.
