The Level Lock doesn’t work smoothly with Ring. I have talked to Ring support three times and Level Lock twice. Neither customer support can fix the problem. I’m so disappointed in both companies. Sometimes the lock works but most times it doesn’t as the interface from Bluetooth to WiFi is intermittent. I’ve tried all the solutions suggested. I even considered upgrading my ring doorbell pro to the next version then read the pro 2 doesn’t work at all with level lock. Ring should just admit there are problems and move on. I’m ready to trash the Level Locks and move on to a WiFi lock. Any ideas before I trash my Level Locks? I’ve already invested nearly $400 in two locks!
