I am not getting any notifications when cars/people pass the end of my garden even though the max setting is on and covers that area
Hey there, @Shirneilwhite. Are there any events showing in your event history, despite the notification not alerting? If so, there may be a motion snooze or motion scheduling setting in place to avoid certain notifications, or to avoid notifications during a specified time.
As you’ve increased your motion settings, if you’ve confirmed motion is not capturing beyond a certain distance, please consider the Doorbell mounting height and angling. Feel free to send an example for more suggestions. When attaching this video, you will need to compress the MP4 file into a ZIP file, as ZIP files can be attached to your reply and not MP4s. In addition, you can upload this video elsewhere, such as YouTube, and then share the link to the video in your reply. Alternatively, if the video is saved in the Event History in your Ring App, you can choose to share it via email and copy the link that is generated.
