I just bought a battery smart spotlight and am very disappointed to see that there is no way to disable auto-shut off altogether.
The purpose of a smart light is for me to be able to control it using more complex logic than a normal sensor light.
It is clear that Amazon wants to be able to make marketing claims about battery life and such, but since when did that take precedence over customer needs for Amazon? What’s wrong with adding a footnote or saying that this will drain the battery faster, etc?
