ring app says that I need to enable the ring on Alexa skill for my echo(4th)
but I already enable the skill.

Some other steps worth trying out:
- Check for any Ring app or Alexa app updates
- Make sure you are signed in to the Alexa app and Ring app as the Owner of the Ring device.
- Ensure to use the same email for both Ring and Alexa apps to be able to access video features.
