ISSUES WITH RING PAYMENT

I Purchased a ring plan and everything worked great. Then recently I moved, and when I hooked everything back up my service is promoting me to pay for another plan. It won’t let me view any of my recordings, and its acting like I never had service. Please help!

Hey @Bezero. Did you ensure that you cancelled the old plan, giving you a refund for any unused amount, and then sign up for a new plan at the new location?
