Issues with brand new solar wall light and pathlight

I had an older solar path light and wall light that would never charge unless I brought them in and plugged them in, so I bought new lights to replace them. Solar wall (white) light looks great but it does not charge, even if I remove it and place it in direct sunlight and the charge area is hot as blazes does not charge. Solar path light gave me over heated but still kept charge until I had multiple days of rain. The inside was flooded and it will not connect to the bridge, so it is useless now. I attempted to contact “support” via chat and autobot was no help when you attempt to generate a customer support code from your app and it tells you it cannot generate one, so you cannot get past that screen. So I have 2 new solar lights that are broke.
