Can’t get any help from “support” so does anyone know if the battery can be replaced in the Video Doorbell ?
We have had this three years, it is not hardwired. It only stays charged About two days now-even with no rings or motion.

Which model of Ring Video Doorbell do you have? You did not specify, but you tagged Video Doorbell 2, which uses the “Quick Release Battery Pack”.
This battery pack can be used on the Video Doorbell 2, Video Doorbell 3, Video Doorbell 3 Plus, Spotlight Cam Battery, Spotlight Cam Solar, Stick Up Cam Battery (all generations), Stick Up Cam Solar (all generations), Solar Floodlight, or Peephole Cam.
The Quick Release Battery Pack cannot be used some models, such as on the Ring Video Doorbell (2nd Generation) which has its own internal battery.
