A 100 foot tall tree fell onto our property on 8/4, smashing our car and hitting our house. We would really like to obtain this video but it seems we are a day late and a dollar short. I’m not sure how to get through to customer service since the chat function will not work for this. I would even pay to get this vid. Any advice/tips?
Without a plan your are limited to what gets saved. I have never seen anyone get deleted videos back. I don’t think it’s possible.

At Ring we care about our neighbors security and privacy. For this reason, videos are not saved anywhere other than on a neighbors account. Videos are only ever stored on your account if you desire it to be via a Protect Plan subscription. If you have a subscription, have remained subscribed since this event, and this event was within the last 30 to 60 days, you may be able to find this video in your recording history, if it was not deleted.
