Within iOS Live View screen, when viewed on an iPad, I am no longer able to view the entire Camera view without scrolling up or down. The app design places more importance on the controls taking up approximately 1/3 of screen space than being able to see the entirety of the cam view without scrolling up or down. This is a very poor design decision. There is no reason the screen should not show the entirety of the camera with controls taking up very little of the screen space.

It sounds like you may be using Ring app (iPadOS version 4.47.0).
Have you tried installing Ring app (iPadOS version 4.48.0)?
