Invisible "24/7 Customer Support"

“Customer Support” should be easy and intuituve and not drive one to post on the “General Questions” page.

  • There is no clearly visible “Customer Support” e-mail
  • There is no “Customer Support” link at the bottom of any of the web-site pages
  • The “chat” icon gets me a list of equipment as topics to begin the chat
  • There is a 24/7 phone number (international customers outside the USA have to pay long distance)

The term that comes to mind is “sub-optimal”.

Please consider up-dating your web-page to improve “Customer Services” .
