Please clarify the ability of your internal reporting tools. From the conversation I had with someone from your executive team, it was explained your systems do not have the capability to record any activity from Wi-Fi connected devices, however, you do have the capability to record information from wired connected devices as this is the reason your system was not able to find an indication of compromise or tampering with my Ring account or devices.
