Intercom working but not showing up

Hello everyone, I just bought a ring intercom and already having problems :frowning:

Installed intercom. works perfectly but:

  1. If I wanna ad a widget it says that I have no devices
  2. Same message on software security updates page.
  3. Smart things linked successfully but does not see any device

If I go to the devices tab I able to see the intercom device and use it normally

Can you please provide more details about the issue sorted?

So are you trying to connect the Ring Intercom to another smart device? It is Alexa? another smart device? Where are you seeing the widget and the message in your point 1 and 2?

I`m trying to connect to Smart things or google home.
I go to widgets and when I tap the ring widget, it gives me the “no devices” message
After I connected the ring app to the Smart things, i got the same message
