Try the following steps: - Make sure your [Motion Zones](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/210243483-Using-Camera-Motion-Zones) are set correctly and cover the area you want. - Increase your Motion Sensitivity to max. - Make sure there is nothing in front of the Camera that could effect its motion detection, like glass or plants.
