Indoor chime

My indoor chime doesn’t work (1 gen), I can’t connect it.

Can I buy a new or replace it?


Hi @user48211. Make sure your Ring Chime is plugged into a working outlet with power, then try resetting it by holding down the reset button on the side for 15 seconds. Attempt to set the Chime back up in the Ring app using the steps under Set Up a Device.
