hi Ive already got a ring doorbell and back light/camera. But I recently purchased an indoor camera which will be used to monitor my puppy when Im out. It will only be switched on for an hour or two a week. ive set it up, but its not switched on yet and the free ring protection is about to run out. Its an extra £1 to get it added, but I dont see the point since its not going to be on all the time. I should get the pictures and can look at live video ? If so thats should be enough for this one.

Hi @PaulMC. If you do not add a Ring Protect Plan for your Indoor Cam you will not be able to access its recordings, but you will still get alerts and be able to use Live View.
