It’s 3am & my indoor mechanical bell has been going off. No person notification in app or at door! Has a similar incident occurred for anyone else?
Hi @YCast, do you have your Doorbell hardwired? When the Doorbell is hardwired it can operate with your existing internal chime kit if it is compatible. If you visit our Help Center and search “chime compatibility”, you will find our Chime Compatibility List specific to your Ring device model. I recommend also checking this wiring to ensure it is uniform and not too thin. Let me know how this goes!
