My address is not showing up correctly on the map. When I add my address, it shows at a different place than where my home is. When I move the map to the location where my home actually is, the address of the road I live on stays the same, but the house numbers go away. The address the map shows is actually about 1/2 mile away from the physical address.
Hi @TonyM1961. Is this for a relatively new home? Are you looking at your address for the Ring Alarm or Birds Eye View? What type of phone are you using and what version of the Ring app do you have installed?
