In setup mode the ring network isn't appearing to connect to

In setup mode the ring network isn’t appearing on the WiFi. I use an android and have turned off the WiFi switch equivalent (I use a realme2). I’ve also tried the hard reset on the doorbell and have tried disconnecting the modem. I tried connecting with my girlfriend’s android phone but also it doesn’t display. Any ideas?
