Improved Spot/Flood Light Control

I would like motion for recording to allow me to turn on a light group for a selectable time (perhaps up to 30 minutes). Recording may be only a minute, but I want lights on to deter the guy in the bushes from waiting just a minute for the light to go off or just because lights going on and off is annoying to neighbors. Further, I want spot/flood lights to be a object for a “then” statement on ifttt. (I personally don’t like the disintegration/asychronization between motion for lights and motion for recording. Motion zones for recording is zone controllable and sweetly sensitive. Motion zoning for lights is sloppy and decoupled from motion for recording.)
