I'm having trouble subscribing to Ring Protect

My 30 day trial ends today and I’m going round in circles trying to subscribe.

Hi @DLNGAJ. As long as you’re the owner of the Ring device, you should be able to subscribe on Ring.com. To subscribe to a Ring Protect plan, follow the steps below:

  1. From a web browser, log in to your Ring account.

  2. Go to the Protect Plan tab.

  3. Select Subscribe, then choose a plan and the devices you want coverage for. If you selected multiple devices and choose Basic, then the price of Basic will be charged for each device. Ring Protect Plus covers all devices at a single location for one price.

  4. Select a monthly or annual payment option.

  5. Enter your payment information and check out.

  6. Review your order and select Purchase.

I am having the same issue. Each time i get to choose a plan system auto diverts back to dashboard. I cannot subscribe or compmete the purchade. How can i get this resolved. ?
