I'm Having A Nightmare Trying To Get My Order!@!
I ordered a ring doorbell Pro on September 15th. It's been a literal nightmare dealing with Ring's "Support Centre". I've spent 1.5 hours and 3 phone calls and have gotten absolutely nowhere. Ring's customer service is non existent. I won't go into details but on the last call I was told that they can see my order is still "processing" (which it has been for 1.5 months) and the item IS in stock. I was told they will "Escalate" things and someone will be in touch within 48 hours. NADA.On top of this I'm still being charged for their video service which I haven't been able to use for 4 months and they just renewed it for another year on my credit card.My order number is 001-3266096 and it's my hope that someone at Ring reads this and gives me a call.It's outrageous that a customer has to resort to posting a message on a forum in hopes of contacting a company that you ordered a product from. If anyone reads this and is considering ordering a Ring product I would think twice about doing so. If you run into a problem you are doomed.
