While API integrations like IFTTT and SmartThings have limited functionality with Ring, we do not officially support these integrations and can’t guarantee that every device or function will work. You could try disabling this integration and setting it back up as a standard troubleshooting step. If that doesn't work, I'd suggest reaching out to **[IFTT ](https://ifttt.com/ring)** for further troubleshooting assistance.
