Ring products & eero

Question

I have a doorbell 1st Gen and a Floodlight and since I've installed an eero wifi network, both ring devices deconnect from the wifi from time to time.  Are ring products incompatible with the eero ones ?

Hi @user45312. Ring devices are compatible with Eero routers. If your devices are falling offline, try rebooting your router by unplugging it for a few seconds and plugging it back in. You can also try [rebooting both your Ring devices using the Ring app](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/7438395032980-Rebooting-your-Ring-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-). Also, double check that both your Ring devices have [good signal strength](https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229).
