I just looked at the History of my outdoor motion sensor (connected to Ring smart lighting bridge) and noticed that the sensor went offline twice yesterday. Once for 3 minutes and another for 20 minutes. I want to know when this sort of a problem happens. How can I get push notification on my iPhone when sensors go offline?
Hi there, @Ringuser4817! Your Smart Lighting Bridge will report when it falls offline via push notification, however, your individual Smart Lighting devices will not. If you are noticing a device losing connection to the Bridge, but the Bridge is remaining online with a sufficient connection, the best step will be to minimize distance and interferences.
