I need to talk to somebody. Help
I am stuck on the Ring app. I need to talk to a person please. I just installed a replacement Pro. I want to shut off the video and only have the device ring in the gallery and most importantly on my iPhone. Call me Ron

Ron, you should never post your phone number in public. It can be used to get into your account. I'd remove it ASAP. If you need customer service, you have to call them. They won't call you.
