How do I move my plan over to replacement doorbell
Hi @user46908. Ring Protect Basic plans are attached to one device, so the best course of action is to cancel your existing plan and subscribe to a new one for the new Doorbell. You’ll receive a prorated refund for any remaining time left on your existing plan. The Ring Protect Plus and Pro plan will cover all Doorbells and Cameras at one Location, so your replacement Doorbell will be covered.
