I have inherited 2 Ring doorbells by a deceased family member

As post states, I have inherited two 2nd generation video doorbells. I attempted to set them up today but as they’re linked to my family members account/app, I couldn’t until they are removed from their account.

The only issue is that we have their phone, but have no access to passwords/emails etc, nor do we have any way opening the phone.

I have all their details and can forward a death cert if required, has anyone else been in a similar situation and if so will this suffice?
