I have a new iPhone,don’t have the iPhone I set my account on so I now can’t reset the ring app,what do I do?
I have a new iPhone and don’t have my old iPhone I used t set up my account I now can’t set my ring account up as I had delegated app as it had frozen,how can I get set up
Likely your issue is related to the general Ring outage (read about it at the link in the red banner across the top of the page) and hopefully once they are back up you’ll be able to proceed.
