I have ring system. And I’m from Sweden. My devices is from Swedish Store. And still I have problem with every time record starts from a motion the Spotlight Cam tells, “a digital recording… etc”. And I can’t se the motion warning button in the app. I’m livning in Sweden. And only what to get stop this speak is to get in to “Privacy Settings” and turn off audio streaming recording. The i have no sound on my recordings?
This must be a software bug?

Hi @jn4u. Would you mind sharing a video example of this recording? When attaching this video, you will need to gather the share link of the video. You can do this by going into the Event History in your Ring App and choosing to share it via email. From there, copy the link that is generated and paste the link in the body of your post. This way I can get a better idea of what you’re hearing in the recording, and I can share it with my team to take a look if needed.

I have turn it off. But why is on by deault and not visible in the app. Make off by deault and make control disable but visible. This is stupid.
In the app for Android it looks like this. And Motion Waring is not visible in the app. You can don’t hear it in the recording. I will try to record this for you with mobile phone and post I hear. But I can’t turn it off. But when should download the file i find switch on the homepage. This for me are typical software bug.
