I have 2 Kwikset 916 locks issues

I have 2 Kwikset 916 locks one older and one new. The older one works flawlessly allows me to add guest codes, change codes and integrated with the alarm. The newer one does not. Any ideas? The locks are listed as fully compatible.

If you have made sure the new lock has the same settings and permissions in the Ring app as the older one and it is not working correctly, I suggest reaching out to our support team for further assistance.
