I can't delete an old address on my Ring account!

I am trying to delete the old address on my Ring account. It says “all devices must be removed”. They ARE removed: when I got to devices to remove any, it literally says “there are no devices”. I contacted customer support, and, LOL, they told me to contact support 
PLEASE HELP!

Hi @TheFamilyMan. For your concern, make sure your Ring app is up to date with the latest update available. If it is up to date, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Ring app on your phone to see if it helps.
