I am trying to delete the old address on my Ring account. It says “all devices must be removed”. They ARE removed: when I got to devices to remove any, it literally says “there are no devices”. I contacted customer support, and, LOL, they told me to contact support PLEASE HELP!

If it is up to date, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Ring app on your phone to see if it helps.
