I am not able to use shared device

I have an issue with accepting a shared ring doorbell wired device I accept the email my account shows up in the account that is sharing the device but I can’t use the device I’m pretty sure that there is some kinda bug. I have contacted support over the phone and they really couldn’t help either. What should I do now?

Hi @user72347. To clarify, once you accept the Shared User invite, is the Doorbell not showing up in your Ring app?
