Sold our home and only took my indoor camera. Leaving the base station and other ring devices for new owner. The power and wifi (if there is any) is in the new owners name yet I cannot delete the devices that remain at the house for them. Is there a way that Ring can help?
Do an internet search for “ring remove devices from account” to find many articles to do what you want.
If that doesn’t work then you’ll have to contact Support ( Contact Us – Ring Help as no one here has access to your account.
Be aware, wait times are long and you may have to call multiple times to get someone to assist.
