How to complain?

Just had the worst customer service I’ve ever had via the chat and after upgrading to the alarm and all the rest (costing many hundreds ££), I’ve been told no idea when product may turn up (even though email says 3-5 days).

Any idea how to complain via email so I can send the chat transcript and not via phone (or definitely not via live chat!!)?

Go to your Order History ( Order History (, click on the invoice for the order in question, and look up in the upper right where it lists the items. In tiny print under the items are estimated delivery times based upon any delays that were mentioned for the product at order time.
