How to check status on items replaced by warranty

I am getting two cameras replaced via warranty. How can I check the status on this?

Good luck. My Ring Pro 2 failed 4 weeks ago and they can not tell me when the replacement will be available. Yet, they have them in stock for immediate new purchase. Unacceptable. I have no doorbell nor security camera for a month.
