How to change ownership

Hi. My device lost WiFi connection as it had run out of battery for a while. I tried all the tips on the app but nothing worked. The topics in the app tel you to do a few options but some are not available on the app and some are just pure useless. This is the first time I’ve had an issue with the device and I find the info on the app useless and trying to simply reconnect my device to the WiFi should not be harder than a job interview with no result at the end 2 hours in.
Now I have deleted my device from my app to try and re-instal it as a new device but of course I can’t do that as it’s already owned by me so now I need to know what to do to connect this stupid thing.

That happened to our but my husband re-set it and is now working. Try the same setting procedures.
