How to become Authorized Ring Retail Partners?

Hi, I am interested to become an Authorized Ring Retail Partner in my country. The reason is that I am noticing there are demand of people buying and installing ring devices. However, they are getting poor support, because there is no local presence. Is there a way for me to register and become an Authorized Ring Retail Partner?
