Hi @Honda. Once you've canceled a Ring Protect Plan, it usually take 7-10 business days to get your refund, depending on which bank you have. Does Ring.com indicate that your plan was cancelled?

Hi Tom,
Thanks for answering but my plan is cancelled on 24 October 2023 I'm still didn't receive not email and refund I don't know why can you help me please!
