Will a wireless Ring doorbell be able to work when there is a flight of stairs then two rooms before I get to where the router is located?
Hi @user78605. Our general rule of thumb is to have the Ring Doorbell within 25 feet or less of your wifi router. Different building materials can cause interference with the wifi signal as well, so that’s something to keep in mind alongside the distance. We have some tips here on how to improve wifi signals.
