How do I turn off neighboorhood alerts?

I moved. I’ve deleted all “locations”, I’ve deleted all equipment from my account. I have no “shared accounts” visible. I closed the $10/month premium service account.

I still get text messages about crap happening in my old neighborhood. How do I turn them off?
