How can a shared user access recorded video

I have set up the ring doorbell 2 and made my wife a shared user but it seams that only the main user can access the history.
Is there a way my wife can look at the history also.

Hi @jkeep. From the Dashboard in the Ring app, the Shared User can tap on the Camera Preview Tile and they will be able to access the Event History Timeline. Let me know if this helps.
