Horrible Customer Service

I purchased two products 2 weeks ago for Xmas presents
Yesterday Black Friday reduced the price
I contacted customer service who told me they would not refund the difference and I would have to send back the two products for a refund and then order the same products to get the reduced price !!
This is horrible policy, all other major stores always do this. I am so disappointed with Ring.

Price adjustment within 30 days or so would seem reasonable. On the box, Ring has the following contact email of j@ring.com. Perhaps you could send your experience there.
