Hope everyone is well.
I have a Ring Doorbell Pro. Out of the blue it has stopped ringing the Chime or alerting my phone when pressed.
I have checked the wifi signal, everything on the app says it is good and alerts are still set to come through to both the chime and my phone.
Anyone know how I can fix this? thanks

Hey @cub93. Could you try resetting the Pro and then reconnecting the device in your Ring app? For the reset you will press and hold the setup button for 20 seconds and then to reconnect it, you will follow the steps outlined in this Help Center Article. Let me know if everything is working as it should after the fact!
