Chime shows blue light but does not ring when doorbell is pressed. Help
Hi @Jmark! Have you already completed the Chime setup in the Ring app for a successful wifi connection? If so, please visit the Doorbell in the Ring app and check it’s Linked Chimes option. This will allow you to choose what event types the Chime should sound for. In addition, please visit your Chime in the Ring app, and select Audio Settings. Here you will see the ability to choose Chime Alerts and Tones.
Once the Chime is connected, linked with your Video Doorbell, and assigned a Chime tone, this should be working as intended. Feel free to let us know how this goes!
