I had 3 devices set up and were working. Now I log in and it says I have no devices set up. What the hell? It’s been a few months since I looked, but why would this happen???
Hi @allmydevicescutoff20. If you’re still unable to see your devices in your Ring app, I recommend ensuring you are on the correct Location in the app, as well as signed into the correct account. In the event you’re still unable to see your devices, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
