Having subscription moved to different device and address

New device at new address, can I move the subscription over to the new address and device?

Hey there, @Smith1124! Protect Plan subscriptions are based on device and location. Depending on the type of plan you have the Protect Basic Plan is applied per device, while the Protect Plus Plan will cover all devices at one location. If the location were not changing, the Protect Plus Plan would automatically cover a new device, however, in this case the plan would need to be applied to the new location for it to cover your new Ring device. This is similar for a Protect Basic Plan, this would need to be cancelled then subscribed as new on the new device/ location.
